APPOINTMENT POLICY

At Cuts & Creations, we take pride in providing our clients with the best barbering experience possible. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone, we have an appointment policy in place. Please arrive on time for your appointment, as we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up for your appointment without notice may result in a fee. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your haircut or grooming service at Cuts & Creations. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know immediately so we can make it right. We do not offer refunds, but we will work with you to ensure that you leave our shop feeling happy and confident with your new look.
